Hey!
So I've been thinking about making this blog for a while and I finally got around to actually doing it. I was initially going to call it "Skin's Always In", because good skin is one of my favourite fashion accessories ... but recently, I was reminded what it's like to have troublesome skin and it made me realize that so many people are in constant battle with their skin, and "Skin Wars" sounds cool so there came the current title! (I just used the word "skin" 5 times in one paragraph :| imagine how many times I'll use it in the entire blog...)
I wanted to make this blog because I love skin care and know WAY too many people who don't know how to take care of their skin the way they should! Some of these people still end up with beautiful skin, others aren't so lucky. I am not a doctor, but I am prettttttty experienced when it comes to skin care because of my job, personal experience, and all the nights I've spend staying up late reading up on it --- I'm pretty much a junkie for this stuff, it's ridiculous.
So my posts won't always be so serious like this, promise.... I will really just give reviews about products I've tried or heard about ... I'll also give my opinion on products and techniques, as well as do my best to dispel some of the horrific skin care myths out there! Without further ado, I'm going to end this so the good stuff can come. Woohoo!
